Thank you for shopping at www.heirloom-grove.com. Our goal is for you to be completely satisfied with your purchase and shopping experience. Please see our sales policies below.

Sales Tax:
Heirloom Grove, LLC is based in the state of Michigan and is required by law to collect appropriate sales tax for shipments within Michigan. If your order is outside of Michigan, Heirloom Grove will collect no sales tax on your orders.


Payment:
We accept Visa, Master Card, Discover, and American Express.  Michigan residents will be charged a 6% sales tax.


Shipping:
Heirloom Grove processes Orders within 2-3 business days, and generally ships via US Postal Service Priority Mail.  Shipping Charges are $10.00 Flat Rate, unless your order requires express charges, which will be discussed and calculated with you before your order is processed.


Out-of-Stock Items:
Occasionally high demand may cause us to run out of certain merchandise. If we do not have all the items you have ordered, we will notify you by email. If we do not receive a response within 24 hours, we will ship your partial order. We will not charge you for the out-of-stock items and charges will not appear on your credit card.

Privacy Policy:
Heirloom Grove works diligently to ensure your privacy. We do not give or sell your personal information to other companies. When you place an order, credit card companies require that we confirm your billing address and phone number to verify your transaction. Your email address is needed to confirm and update your order. All information that is passed through our website is secured with SSL encryption methods safeguarding your information and securing against fraud.

Returns and Exchanges:
In most cases, Sales are Final.  However, if you have wish to request a Return or Exchange of an order, please email contact@heirloom-grove.com with the following information, and someone will be in touch with you regarding your request:

  • Original Order #
  • Select Items you are requesting to return/exchange
  • Reason for return/exchange
  • If you request is to Return or Exchange your Order for another Order.

If a Return/Exchange is Approved:

Shipping: You be will responsible for paying shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Send all Returns and original order information (along with any applicable “Notice to Authorities” paperwork as included with your original order) to:

Once Heirloom Grove receives your Return, it will be inspected, and if approved, Heirloom Grove will initiate a refund to your credit card or original means of payment within 14 days, depending on your credit card’s policies.

Exchanges: If you want to exchange your item for a different item, Heirloom Grove suggests you place a new order to ensure your item(s) will be available and reserved for you. Your original order will be handled as a Refund.
